Excellent hotel and staff
I did ask for a wake up call so that I could make my way to Heathrow for my flight. They did not do it, not checked the list! could have missed my flight, but I had a back up call from a friend.

Very nice hotel
Hotel was convenient and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If I am ever back there I would definitely stay there again.
