Loved New Orleans
Great location and service. Very accommodating and courteous staff. Rooms are small, but hotel is planning to remodel all rooms during 2010. Look forward to coming back after remodeling is completed.
Consider a plantation or swamp tour.

What a perfect location...
We have stayed in New Orleans 6 different times in 6 hotels an enjoyed this on the most. Perfect location, lovely rooms, great rooftop bar, quiet rooms, an very comfortable. Service was less than great in just a couple of places. The rooftop bartender was indifferent, borderline rude and seemed to not know how to bartend and the specials that were offered were not available. The Room Service attendan came to our room without a pen to sign the check (we had to find one from a maid in the hall) and then spilled soda on our bed. Found room service tickets from 3 weeks prior under our bed so maybe not cleaned thoroughly. Bellstaff were great, loved the piano in bar and the Rib Room bar very happening at night! Housekeeping attendants very friendly as well. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to stay every visit.

Im a frequent flyer to NOLA
I visit N.O 3-5 times/year for pleasure and to visit my college kids. Ive stayed at countless hotels but this is my new favorite. The roof top pool is fabulous with panoramic views of the city and a fun bar. Fantastic location in the quarter, elegant ambiance, and gracious personnel all insured a wonderful stay. My friend, who never visited NOLA before, and was sceptical, now wants to move there- with me! Very romantic.
