hotel is an unfortunate choice of words for this hostel

This is an apartment hotel and the rooms although large enough were poorly maintained. The furniture was old style upholstery that was very worn and not inviting. The floors were cleaned only in the high traffic, easy to wipe areas. The kitchen was a disaster, from the less than adequate cooking and eating utinsels to the filthy floors and very smelly waste container. The tub/ shower was very difficult to enter and exit because of it’s tall sides. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the window curtains were torn and the traverse rods were no functional. The windows were covered with dirt outside and not clean inside. The in house cafe offered very little in the way of acceptable fare. At the time I was there the internet was non operational with no correction date. The staff were on duty but not really as helpful as they could have been. This is a two star hotel and should be avoided.

Traveler's tip

Because of the traffic situation, most taxi’s will not take you to Dubai or the Airport so you must therefore rely on a private taxi. If you came to see Dubai do not stay in Sharja.
