I would like to visit at least once a year for my ski vacation

Ideal facility and its operation I believe this as first class world ski resort. Hotel staff are good and working hard however I sensed there are lot more to be improved regarding customer services. It is just a pitty thing that bath room is poor compare to other five star facilities.

Can’t beat the location but . . .

The staff, especially for a Japanese hotel, was super slow and not on the ball. Call the hotel operator and sit on hold for ages. Call for a wake up call, mysteriously it never happens. Restaurant staff is slow, etc. Then again, the 15 step walk to the gondola to the top of the mountain makes it all pretty forgivable.
