Staff was friendly and helpful, gnats in the room but spray helped, shower faucet difficult to turn on & off. rooms good for the pool, exercise equipment overlooking the pool was nice,breakfast also good.we would stay there again.

nice room but cold water
I have stayed here several times over the past few years and was always pleased with everything. This year there was barely warm water in the shower and it was actually quite cool on last morning.

Good pick for a night or a few night stay
I stayed at this hotel when I visited Nashville with my boyfriend. The room was recently updated with new furniture (bed, dresser, end tables, lamps, and chairs) and a new flat screen TV. The only thing that was not really updated as much was the bathroom. They placed a new shower curtain rod and a new countertop, but that was it. I felt that it did not keep up with all of the other renovations. The room was good sized. The placement of the king bed made the walkway to the bathroom a bit narrow. The hotel itself was quiet and in a safe neighborhood. The hotel had a good breakfast that was well stocked every morning. It had the typical items and make your own waffles, sausage and biscuits. The hotel pool was small but nice. A plus that I did not expect was the hotel had a communal computer (internet access) with printer for guests to use while at the hotel. I thought for the price of the hotel it was a good deal. The hotel is easily assessable to I-40. It is a bit away from Nashville (30 minutes), but for the price, I think it made up the difference.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
A must visit for those who like the unique art places is the Parthenon. It is located in Downtown Nashville and it is a replica of the Parthenon in Athens, Greece. Inside is an art museum for a small price to see. It is a good cheap find.
