Good place to stay
Very well located hotel 1 - 1 1/2 short blocks to Metro, old fashioned friendly service, clean rooms, pleasant stay. I would come back to this hotel again.

Quality hotel in quality area
Most importantly, the hotel was exactly as described in the Expedia site, no surprises. Hotel was in very nice area within comfortable walking distance of Metro. Hotel had old style quality and was unlike typical franchise hotels.

Excellent hotel in D.C.
This hotel used to be a resident for Mr Al Gore when he was child. Very comfortable stay and good access to the downtown and some of sightseeing spot.
