Clean. hassel free. nice continental breakfast
Nice size room. great rate. watch out for &1.50 a night fee for use of in room safe if you use it or not. When signing in they ask to to intial a box & sign below. By intialing that box you are agreeing to a per night safe fee. Other than that place was good.
If you are going to shop in Newport. try looking for parking off the main road. travel up a block or two on a side road or secondary street.
