Nice location
From this hotel, it is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our room had been redecorated recently and was very nice but a little small. Polite and helpful staff.

Great location and super friendly staff
i would stay here again. it was in a perfect location for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. the breakfast was also great and included with my stay.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
had no need for public transit since this hotel was in such a central location. lots of great restaurants and shops nearby and also a great restaruant at the hotel.

Not bad, WiFi could have been better.
Service was good, staff friendly, i should have pre-arranged an early check in, having flown from the states a 5 hour wait wasn’t what i needed.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Thisle use BT Wifi, it can be difficult (but not impossible) to sign up witrh a non UK credit card. Use T-Mobile instead and then used the BT network (they have reciprocity)
