Not impressed
If you want to stay in PEI, B&B near Cavindish is recommended not hotel. But if you want to charlotte town, the location is great. Just that. except location, all thing is not good.

What a hole... don’t go to this hotel
I had already been in a Best Western hotel and had been pretty satisfied, however this one in Charlottetown was horrible. A few reasons: 1) They gave us a room in the "basement" / underground without having ever mentioned it when I booked it; 2) The room stinked... it seemed the carpet had been left wet a few times; 3) The bed was terribly uncomfortable and they couldn’t have chosen worse pilows; 4) Decoration was poor and spartan. Really, we almost changed hotel. Hope Best Western do something about it.

Not impressed
The hotel is getting old, not quite seedy. We could not control the heat/air-conditioning to our satisfaction. Although, the free breakfast was a very good one, they were slow to refill items and the line-up was too long.
