The Hilton’s spa is a soothing indulgence, with 11 treatment rooms and men's and women's relaxation lounges with plasma TVs, wet saunas, dry saunas, steam rooms, and twin spa tubs. (The men's side also has a cool plunge pool.) Treatments include the Stone Massage, Seaweed Mud wrap, and Vitamin C facial. Use of spa facilities, including a fitness center, is available for a daily charge or complimentary with a treatment.

Entertainment
Once Elvis' stage, the 1,700-seat Hilton Theater now features Barry Manilow in his mega-hit Music and Passion show Wednesday–Saturday. When Manilow is not performing, other headliners such as Reba McEntire, George Lopez, and Donna Summer take the stage. During the annual National Rodeo Finals in December, the theater offers Country & Western entertainers.
In Shimmer Cabaret there is live music for late-night dancing Tuesday–Saturday.
The ultra-contemporary Tempo lounge includes sofas, banquettes, a video-poker bar, and a high-limit table-game area. Server/entertainers dance to videos on plasma TVs.
The Hilton is home to the 67,000-square-foot Crystal Casino and the smaller "24th-century" SpaceQuest Casino. Spacious enough to warrant its own parking lot, SuperBook ranks as the world's largest race and sports book.
Recreation
A 10-acre pool complex features a heated pool measuring approximately 115 x 105 feet, a gazebo-shaded spa tub, expansive sundecks, and rental cabanas. Standard rental cabanas come with TVs, phones, refrigerators, and padded lounge chairs. The premium cabana area features thickly cushioned multi-person sunning beds.
Six tennis courts (surcharge) are lighted for night play.
