Good experience
The staff was helpful and friendly, hotel room and grounds were clean and upkept, location in easy access to everything and neighborhood seamed very safe

It was fine if you want cheap/basic
The air conditioner was leaking and the carpet was soaking wet, they did not move us, just put a bucket under the leak and did not mop up the mess. It was basic,centerally located and otherwise ok!
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
If you are doing bush gardens/ williamsburg and water country buy a bounce pass before you go its cheaper.
