My favorite hotel
Except for having a room right at the atrium, where they were having reunions and other parties, once the noise and music stopped it was great. Love the beds and the folding magnifying mirror on the wall in the bathroom! It saves my neck when I’m putting on the makeup. I didn’t have a vent in the bathroom, though. That was weird. The actual vent was there, but there was only one lightswitch.

Clean, Friendly, GREAT BEDS!
We stayed at the Crown Plaza Concord on Sept 4-6, 2009. The rooms were well maintained, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. They had a great pillow top mattress that was very nice. The indoor courtyard area was beautiful. We did not use any of the amenities, but everything looked very clean and up-to-date. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and very well dressed. It was a very, very nice hotel for the price and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Bonus...There is a Starbucks and a Trader Joe’s directly across the street.

Will probably go back
Very nice hotel. HOwever, before you reserve a room be sure that their renovations of the pool area are complete and that the air conditioning is working in the fitness center. Very disappointing that we could not use the pool and the fitness center. Also, alot of noise during the renovations. However, the room was very nice. Nice package with lavendar spray, etc. THe rest of the hotel was fine. Nice area. Traders Joes and other store right across the street. The staff had almost no suggestions on places to eat. We did some research and found several places that were not just the chain resturants. Wish they had more ideas.
