Not even close to bein impressed.
My first room the air conditioning did not work. It was difficult to sign on to the broadband wireless. The desk person gave me a hard time about the wireless and airconditioning. I eventually had a room change. The second room air conditioning was not any better. The rooms were also extremely small.

Days Inn
The hotel is in a good location near the Turnpike and Franklin Mills outlets. The people are friendly and the hotel is clean. Lots of pillows on the bed which is nice.

Dirty, dark and internet doesn’t work
I was very disappointed in the hotel and my room. It was dark and gloomy. In addition the room wasn’t up to my standard of cleanliness. Finally, the internet, a major reason I choose any hotel, which I paid extra for, was not working. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the clerk, he didn’t seem to care. And when I stated that I would not be staying, he didn’t seem to care about that either. When I requested that my credit card not be charged, he told me that I would have to take it up with Expedia. Do not stay here unless you like dirty depressing hotels!
