Disappointed;not to be rated even 2 stars
1 1/2" Coachroach showed up as soon as we got to the bedroom; another 1" coachroach came up in the bathroom following day; charging 50 pesos per day per extra pillow case asked; nite guard slumped in the front hotel door sleeping when we arrived one nite; a kennel of dogs meeting in front of the hotel every afternoon; cabinet doors cannot be shut close; no dishwashing soap, no dish towel; soap was hard as a rock and unscented; bulbs were busted and uncovered ceiling light; no mirror except in the bathroom; towels were old and thin; no facetowels; room is muggy and stinky smell;blinds are broken & crooked;unpainted walls;no TV in Living room as stated; sofa too low, could not get up from sitting;Won’t refer to anyone. Workers were courteous and service was ok when asked
