Wonderful Staff
This is a great facility, but it’s the staff that puts it into the 5/5 category. They were always ready to suggest a couple of restaurants and make the reservations. When we returned later that day, we were greeted with a polite question about our day and how we enjoyed our meal at the restaurant they reserved. Makes me feel valued, and I will return.
Traveler's tip on dining
Chez Marcel, across the street, is a fine, unpretentious restaurant. It’s especially nice to have a good place to eat so close to the hotel if you have to leave early in the morning or if you were up all night coming from the USA.

Looking forward to our next stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was well located for traveling throughout Paris and was a pleasant place to return to each day. We would definately consider this as the place to stay again the next time we are in Paris. Hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful to us, from understanding the metro to providing us with the two twin beds we requested. We were very pleased with our choice of this hotel.

Great Stay and Excellent Service
The service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to help with directions and recommendations. The room was clean and modern (small as others have said, but I suppose that’s to be expected in Paris)- make sure you have conditioner as that is something the hotel did not provide - you can pick some up around the corner at the Pharmacie. Make sure to take a ride in the "other" elevator for some fun!
