convenient location
This certain location was so convenient for my family for this particular trip. The location had restruants, stores, and a neighborhood where I was able to take a jog along a walking path. Also, my children enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and I enjoyed the juccuzi.

You’d Better Like Trains
When I checked in I saw a sign indicating the hotel was close to train tracks. Boy was that right. It is apparently close to a mainline with trains coming by very frequently and all night. They were loud enough to wake my wife up several times. Not counting the trains, the hotel was otherwise very mediocre.

Good value for the family
Our room had 2 queen beds plus a pull out couch, plus a small refrigerator and a microwave so it was perfect for us and our 3 kids. The complimentary continental breakfast had lots of choices for everyone and the heated indoor pool and spa was a big hit too. We kept the fan running at night so we did not hear the trains as originally feared. All in all it was a good price and fit for our family.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
We were there tovisit our daughter at NAU and did not realize the 5 minute distance between the campus and this hotel. But there waws an inexpensive bowling alley right up the street and plenty of places to eat.
