We booked the room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids (8,10). We had to turn on the air conditioner and plug in the fridge (not bad). We came back and house keeping unplugged it, our food was spoiled. I went to get ice & the bucket had brown marks down the side, then the bag to line the bucket with, also had the brown marks, but it was still folded up. There were only enough bath supplies for 2. They brought 4 immediately, but when they cleaned the room we didn’t get a bath mat back or enough supplies. The bath fan didn’t work, soap dish was broke. You could see day light through the sides and bottom of the door. We checked out 1 day early told them to call it the 3 days. I was so disgusted we had to leave & come home.

Not at all impressed with what I feel a 4 star hotel should be.
Overall the hotel was very outdated and rundown. Not alot of detail was given to the cleanliness of the hotel. The toilet seat in the bathroom was all but falling off. Beds were very worn and not very confortable.
