Not what I expected from Holiday Inn
We had 2 full beds in the room. The beds and mattresses were old and not comfortable. There was only one chair in the room by the desk. Bathroom was just a sink on a pedalstal with a tiny shelf and no place to set your stuff. There was a small fridge in the kitchen and a coffee maker. The good thing about this hotel is that it is close to everything that we wanted to do and the price was right.

Not impressed
The Hotel did not look like the pictures. The room felt like i was sleeping in a rundown apartment. The view was terrible, they had no parking and the parking across the street was 36.00 dollars a day and it wasn’t even covered. Overall I would never stay there again and I would not recommend it to anybody.

Noise and customer service
Piping made clanging noises all night long. Staff were ambivolent to the whole thing and made zero effort . Was treated with contempt for daring to complain. Location for Chicago Marathon was perfect though.
