Not too bad
the staff was great, but there were some problems in my room as well. mainly a few maintenance problems, as the shower drained slow, some broken light switches and problems with the blinds. the location is great though, and for the price, its very doable.

Great place to stay in Midtown
This was a great hotel to stay at in Midtown. The room wasn’t huge but it was very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a moderately priced hotel in NYC this is a great place to stay.

Enjoyable stay at the Double Tree Metropolitian
I went on this trip for business and pleasure and enjoyed it . The room was very comfortable and bathroom very modern . The staff was friendly and very helpful if I ever needed help . The area of the hotel is not too far from 5th and times square so I had no com plaints at all ! I found parking on the street thank god which was free ! Overall I had a good time and I will recommend this hotel to anyone going to the Manhattan New York area.
5th ave and Times Square isnt too far so there are plenty of shopping stores and food spots to eat at, Don’t forget about the cool Vendors on the street you could buy items from as well.
