excellent hotel if you have to stay at airport
i usually prefer staying in town - particularly in zurich. however, if you don’t have the time and have to stay at the airport, this is about as good as it gets. this is the only hotel right inside zurich airport (there are several more in the vicinity) and it is great. perhaps the best airport hotel i’ve ever been to. clean, quiet and luxerious rooms - all brand new - and a very active lobby/bar with a great restaurant. highly recommended.

Great for early flight
I stayed at this hotel for the last night of my trip to Switzerland. Being the only hotel right at the airport, it was very convenient for an early morning flight. The rooms were American style hotel rooms with large bathrooms, king sized beds in a single room and plenty of comfy pillows on the bed! It was a great way to start the process of easing back into the "real world" after 2+ weeks of leisure travel.

Very convenient for a quick Zurich trip
This hotel is located within a five minute walking distance to the Zurich airport. We got off the plane, got our bags and within five minutes we were at the concierge desk. I was wary of an airport hotel, but it was very modern, clean, hip and the convenience can’t be beat. There is a major train station just one level down from the hotel, which links to Zurich main station downtown on a quick 10 minute train ride. Hotels near main station were much more expensive, and I think that would be the most convenient option if you could afford it. However we had an early morning flight and wanted to be closer to the airport. Zurich is SO expensive! To save some money on food, buy snacks and drinks at the supermarket that is just steps from the hotel in the airport mall. Our room was fine, modern and clean. No complaints at all. The concierge also booked our tours and were most helpful.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
The real fun in visiting Zurich is seeing the surrounding towns and the scenic countryside and mountains. We were surprised that Zurich itself only took a day or two to really see. I highly recommend JUNGFROUJOCH, the top of Europe tour. It was breathtaking and an trip I will never forget. We booked through the hotel.
