one of the best
I arrived at the hotel to a very warm reception from a lovely receptionist. She was so friendly and sweet and only hope that when I go back, she will still be there. The hotel is new and exceptionally clean, the rooms are nice and big, and there is everything that you would want in the kitchen, down to even supplying popcorn for the microwave. The breakfast was very good, every morning we were there was a slight change in the menu, so it didn’t really become monotonous. It was great to relax in the jacuzzi. Everything is very well taken care of and the staff very friendly. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Cleveland.

Great clean NEW hotel in Cleveland
Often times, hotels in Cleveland can be older, and worse, the rooms can smell like smoke (people still smoke???). This hotel is nice and new and clean. The rooms are quite a bit smaller than those at the neighboring Marriott Residence Inn, but they are so new it is worth the trade. Our first night we were put into a room directly over the kitchen area and since we were on Pacific time we were awakened by all of the noise. However, on the second night they moved us to a higher floor so there was no issue. Super nice staff.
