Not impressed
Asked for ground floor,(because of wheelchair-bound teen), got 2nd floor, thru zig-zag passage,as far away from the elevator as possible. Ice machine out of order. 1 small bar of soap for 4 people? Breakfast selection wasn’t bad. Personnel were nice.

Okay Visit
Hotel was okay. For the price it was what I expected.Some of the employees did not speak english so it was hard to communicate at times.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
HardRock Cafe and the Downtown Aquarium were awesome. Houston is never boring.

Would never stay there again
Ask for a wake up call and didn t get it, so I was late for a meeting. Came in the second night and the room wasn t cleaned, when I called reception, they told me Sorry we have no cleaning personel at this time, you can come get fresh towels if you want. Overall terrible service.
