Friendly Staff!!
This hotel has an amazing view of all of Quito and also a great location in the city. Its close to one of the malls in Quito, a big beautiful park, the soccer stadium and its less than five minutes from the air port
Traveler's tip for business travelers
The staff is really nice and most of them understand english. Just because they don’t understand you the first time doesn’t mean you need to yell at them in order for them to understand you better. They arn’t deaf.

Good value comfortable hotel
The hotel is situated in the business section of Quito right in front of the large Quicentro Mall. The suites are very reasonable and excellent for business purposes as they are large enough for 4 or 5 people to meet in comfort, and have wi-fi; however it is some distance from the historic center of Quito. The hotel is clean and comfortable, though parts could be re-furbished to bring them up to date. A feature not appreciated by this client is the casino in the basement, but it may be popular with some; few options for eating and drinking inside the hotel but plenty in the neigborhood.

Would stay there again
Hotel staff was courteous and efficient. Language not a problem as reception and bellboys spoke English.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
Agree on your fare with your cabby BEFORE getting into a cab. It should be around $6.00 to get from airport to hotel. Our cabby ripped us off big time..took off with our change and overcharged us.
