Nice option
This hotel has a very kind personnel. The menu of the buffet is average. Really this hotel is everything including. The beach is in very good conditions. The swimming pool needs more maintenance. Generally I am satisfied by the price and the received services.
Use caution when shopping they can always reduce the price, almost 50% off the ticketed price..

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!
I don’t agree w/ the term "you get what you pay for" expressed by another customer. We have booked all inclusive trips @ a better rate & were absolutely gorgeous & fullfilling. For instance, Puerta Plata, DR in 2007. Santo Domingo is the worst place we’ve ever stayed @ in our entire lives. A Motel 6 would be much more suitable & comfortable. There was mold & mildew over the walls & we had to change our room @ least 4 x’s, I lost count. We finally ended up on the 1st floor. The rentovated disco & sports bar reeked of mildew, we couldn’t even stay in there but a short time. The weekends were absolutely horrible & satuated with locals & their entire families & rarely anyone speaking English. A group of fire fighters on site where robbed on the beach. None of the water/beach equiment was usable & the gym had outdated bikes & free weights. No hot water or clean towels. I can go on & on. I can’t believe how disappointed we are!!!! We couldn’t wait to come home. I don’t know how it has a 3 1/2 star rating.
