Very helpful staff
When we arrived we were exhausted from a long road trip and in checking in we realized our room was next to the noisy elevator. The front desk accomodated us and found us a new room quickly. A staff member even personally walked us to our new room to make sure it was satisfactory. It was. From then on our stay was pleasant as all the staff was friendly and helpful.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Centrally located. Across the street from a mall, two movie theatres, several restaurants, and a concert and special events center. Down the street is the Columbia River and along the river runs a park that is great for walking or just spending a day by the river.

great place, i usually stay where there is room service. not great signage outside to tell you where to turn. the sheets are a bit rough. overall though very nice and clean hotel

Good Location, Fair Price.
Traveled for a weekend trip, Friday and Saturday nights. Everything clean, Everything worked. They had my reservation, no problems. I liked the business computer station in the lobby, but most the time there were kids playing on it. The breakfast bar was well stocked and good variety. I liked the bake it yourself Belgian waffle griddle, Nice touch.
Traveler's tip
The Tri-Cities (Kenewick, Richland, and Pasco) are all on / in a highway ring system and the hotel was maybe 1/4 mile off it. I think you could probably get to almost anywhere in the Tri-Cities in about 10 minutes from the Hotel.
