How a motel should be
The motel exterior, lobby, and our room was very clean. The breakfast was average fair. The exercise room’s equipment was great quality and in top working order. I would recommend this motel and will stay there again.

Some Great things, Some Irritating things
The hotel was affordable and was near many restaurants and businesses. It had a computer with internet. The pool was not heated for an indoor pool. It was very cold in July. A wash cloth from a previous occupant was left on the shower rod. The room didn’t smell as clean as I would have liked (preferred a smoking room). It was musty and I enjoy the smell of bleach. The hotel did not have an elevator and the room was on the second floor. Many stairs for all of our suitcases. The common areas were very nice. Fireplace. Two sitting areas. Tables and chairs. A TV. Breakfast had many nice options including juices, cereal, milk, fruit, bagels/muffins, a waffle station, eggs during the weekdays. Hot, fresh coffee was available 24 hours in the common area with real cream and sugar. Coffee maker in room with dry accompaniments. Hair dryer in room. Front desk service was very good. Housekeeping was lackluster and had a knack for the most inappropriate timing. Failed to leave new soap or shampoo. Waited until last to do our room when we were trying to get ready for an important event in the late morning/early afternoon. I think we had the new housekeeper. Perhaps inadequate training.
