Worst Hotel in NY
I travel frequently to NY and stay frequently in several hotels in NY.. The Hilton staff on my current stay for two nights placed me in a hotel room between the elevators and ice machine. It was noisy all night and when I requested a different room I was told no other rooms were available (for both nights). I have stayed at this Hilton before and had a good experience. I will not be returning.

If have to go back to New York , I will stay in other hotel.
I was in diferents hotels (Gaylord, Best Western, Hershey, etc) and this is the first time I feel really disappoint with the services and room, 1.-Bathroom is really uncomfortable. 2.-the personal is no really friendly (smile is very important) 3.-charge for internet service extra? We do this trip for my son’s birthday ,but I think we don’t have a good experiences. Thank
