Great Value
This is the second time we have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Marina Del Rey and we will definitely be back. We travel into the Marina area to visit relatives a couple times a year and have found a home away from home in the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are spacious and clean, it is a great location, they have free parking for guests and they have bikes you can use to explore the area. There are restaurants within walking distance and a really nice bike and walking path around the marina just down the block. I would highly recommend this hotel for a casual, clean and highly economical place to stay.
Traveler's tip on dining
"Beach 26" just down the street is a great restaurant. We walked the 3 blocks and ate there twice and I loved the shabby chic decor and the food. The prices are a bit high, but then this is California and we are used to the Midwest. Visit this restaurant you will not be disappointed.

Very Nice Place with Very Nice People-Employees
The front desk manager (named Fernando?) is very helpful, very nice and very friendly. We can say that he contributed a lot for us to enjoy our stay in the hotel. The hair dryer was not working and in 10 minutes he sent somebody to fix it and so many things. We also found the location very accessible.
