Employees not sensitive to customers needs
We were on vacation and check out was not until 11:00 am. At 8:00 am the cleaning staff started rolling their cleaning carts past our room multiple times. We called the front desk and the staff stated they would take care of it. About an hour later cleaning carts started to roll again so we left very unhappy. We had a long night before this and we needed our sleep because we had another 10 hours to drive, the hotel did refund our money but the point was that we were on vacation and just wanted to relax and get some well needed rest which we were unable to get
