Comfortable stay at great price
We stayed here for a visit to Knoebel’s Amusement Park which is a pretty 30 minute drive away(We took the local roads). The rate was excellent compared to other area hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful.Coffee,tea and hot chocolate are available in lobby 24hrs. Breakfast has a really decent choice of items. The room was a good size and comfortable. Only problem- room had a damp odor upon arrival(possibly from AC unit)-front desk came and sprayed room for us.
Traveler's tip on dining
Skeeter’s BBQ is 10 min. up the road in Shamokin Dam and has really good food and a great view of the river.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the room very clean. They were extremely pet friendly !
