Quinta Do Paraiso

Quinta do Paraiso is a family holiday resort in Carvoeiro, one of the most desirable holiday destinations in the heart of the Algarve, on the southern coast of Portugal. Built in typical Moorish style, Quinta do Paraiso is situated on a platform about 1 km from the beach of Praia do Carvoeiro, scattered on a large area of 300000m2 in the midst of well kept gardens with fig, almond and olive trees and an abundance of tropical plants. In a 5 minutes walk you can reach the picturesque fishing village of Carvoeiro. The resort offers various types of accommodation and a variety of restaurants and bars. There are several sports & entertainment facilities on the resort and an animation team will keep you and/or your children amused and happy. Dining: Restaurante Rabelo In the Restaurante 'Rabelo' we serve buffet breakfast and dinner for both half board clients and other resort or out of resort clients. A large buffet is available with hot and cold international and regional dishes. There are special theme nights, such as Italian and of course Portuguese night. In summer there will be some Portuguese nights with barbecue offering traditionally grilled sardines, chicken piri piri or spare ribs. A large variety of wines, soft drinks and beers are also sold on the buffet. If the buffet is not part of your package, you can buy half board, breakfast or dinner tickets individually at the reception. There are large seating possibilities on the terrace overlooking the pool or more quietly in the interior of the restaurant, which is air conditioned. Recreation: The animation team is in action several days per week during the season. From day-time activities like gymnastics in the morning to table tennis or beach volley ball in the afternoon to evening entertainment, such as Karaoke, shows, games or regular live music or traditional folclore dance performance. There are also special Teenager programs, such as portuguese lessons, beach tours, Carvoeiro-by- night, etc. The animation team is multilingual and especially trained in various aspects of guest entertainment.
