Nice for younger people, reasonable for summer, not clean
Not the happiest with the attention to detail in the room cleaning, losts of dust on the window sills and room woodwork, cramped small rooms, window ac in the bathroom to use in bedroom must leave bathroom door open, however bathroom door will not open fully as a large piece of furniture blocks it. We felt pretty enclosed with the low ceilings and wallpaper. Friendly staff and environment though. My first negative review of a hotel in my life.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Great for college students (there is a pub combinded with the B&B). Friendly environment. plentiful food, not very good housekeeping or attention to detail. Could be great for some, not wonderful for us though.

Good Times
Great Inn with restaurant and bar. Extremely friendly staff, relaxing Tiki Bar and pool, and fun pub for a game or a night cap. Breakfast was delicious and the pub’s food was too. I recommend the Stuffed Quahog as well as the Crab Cakes. Looking forward to going back.
