NOT IMPRESS, STAFFING LOW AND NOT FRIENDLY, POOL WASN’T HEATED
STAFFING WAS LOW AND NOT SUPER FRIENDLY, POOL WASN’T HEATED AND VERY LOW LIGHTING IN AREA, ORDERED A ROLL AWAY BED (PAID EXTRA) AND IT HAD NO PILLOWS OR BEDDING WITH IT. STAFF SAYS NO EXTRA PILLOWS. GET BREAKFAST EARLY CUZ IN LAST HALF HOUR OF SERVICE NOT MUCH TO OFFER. CLEANINESS WAS OF MEDIUM SERVICE.

BEAR CREEK HORSE BACK RIDING WAS GREAT AND AFFORDABLE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY OF FIVE.

Should have stayed elsewhere...not impressed.
Pool was good sized but must have been heated because it was like bathwater. Asked for a crib for my 1 year old and it was held together with Zipties! When I checked in I asked if we were in a room w/ a microwave, the gal said some of them have them. When we realized that ours didn’t we called down and asked if we could be moved to one that had one and she said "we charge an extra $5 a night for that." Room itself was only okay, carpet looked old and the window trim was visibly broken. Breakfast was good, plenty to eat and choose from. I guess you get what you pay for!
