Excellent
Great room, wonderful food, and the wait staff was very friendly. We also left an item in the room which they shipped to us promptly. Highly recommend!

not very impressed
Starbucks and the comfortable beds were the only good thing about this hotel. The elevators were not working very well. They were shaky and I had to go up and down a couple times because they wouldn’t stop at my floor, I finally got fed up and ended up taking the stairs. I told a couple employees about the problem and they didn’t seem to care and it wasn’t taken care of. We also asked for a smoking room and they didn’t give us one. When we asked to switch they acted like it was a huge problem and they wouldn’t do it. There were only two employees that were nice and would help us out but besides that everyone else was very rude including the managers. The location was good though. We wanted to go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and it was within walking distance. I don’t think I will ever stay at the Doubletree ever again I’m sure we could find a hotel with comfortable beds where the employees would treat us much better...it wasn’t worth it at all.

Cleveland Doubletree Rocks!!!!
This hotel was newly refurnished and it was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. I came in on a 6:25am flight frm Raleigh, NC and when I got to the hotel, I was exhausted. They let me check in early and I was able to rest for until my best friend came. The staff is wonderful and the facilities are immaculate. Anyone would love this hotel!!!
Must go to Sokolowski’s University Inn!!! Polish tavern where all the locals go!!
