Best Hotel impressed very much
FLL Holiday Inn gave us wonderful stay..room was very spacious and neat..service was awesome..actually they mentioned that they will have microwave in the room but it was missing in our room when we checked in.. so we called the reception and informed her about the microwave.. She immediately apologized for the inconvenience and next day we got microwave in our room plus 2 complimentary breakfast coupons free..:):) So we had breakfast in the hotel and food was really very tasty..We loved the stay..thanks for expedia for giving great package deal with this hotel.. its very good stay for the price we paid..

Needs Work, Better properties exist
How should I start. When I stay at a hotel I have a reasonable expectations about service and cleanliness. My room was not attended to during my stay and I did not have a do not disturb sign up either. The maid came in the last day I was there beating down my door. After getting back from a day in the everglades I was resting for a few hours before dinner. I asked her to come back later after I was gone. She said she was getting off work soon. She started arguing with me and kept beating down my door after I asked her to go away. When I pay to stay somewhere I feel that I have the reasonable expectation to not work my day around the hotels schedule. Housekeeping had every opportunity to do their thing during regular hours. Fresh towels and trash removal would have been nice. My sheets were stained upon further review of the property I noticed a few things. My TV barely worked, getting a fraction of the channels listed.The metal HVAC panel Was not attached to the wall and rattled non stop when the AC kicked in. Upon arrival I noticed a tray of half eaten room service in the hallway that remained there for 3 days until I mentioned that it was stinking in the hall. The hallways and carpets looked to have not seen a vacuum in a while. The paint at the bottom of the pool has large pieces of paint chipping off or missing. There is a dead palm tree directly outside of my window.
