Exceptional Service
Remote control for the television wouldn’t work, so we reported it. First they changed batteries, but that didn’t fix it. Then they reset the remote and that didn’t fix it. Then they changed remotes and that didn’t fix it. Then they sent a technician up to the room, and he did some sort of a media system reset, and that finally fixed the problem. All of this happened in a span of only about 30 minutes. Service was especially prompt and efficient. Cleaning service was thorough, and front desk service was equally efficient and friendly. It was an excellent experience overall.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Manassas battlefield park is just north of the hotel, and the town of Manassas is great to walk through with lots of interesting small shops. We also did wine tasting at a couple of wineries only about 10 miles West of the hotel.

Will Return
I loved this hotel. The staff was great to work with. It was so easy to locate and access to the interstate. The staff was helpful with places to go and eat at. It was great to have a restaurant and bar in the hotel. The only thing that I have complaints about is that the indoor pool closes at 8pm, even though guest rooms are not located near the area.

Very nice but very busy...
Overall a very nice hotel. Room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Bed was a bit too firm for my liking but to each their own. I heard very little noise from other rooms and guest. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good and wireless internet worked well. My only complaint is this hotel is very busy with meetings and conferences. The second night we stayed the parking lot was overflowing and there was a large group of people in the lobby. My family had to squeeze through the crowd to get to our room. Besides that I was very satisfied and would stay there again but might ask before hand if they are having any large gatherings while we are staying.
