Big Price, Small Room
I thought the cost of the room was too high for the size of the room. But if all you are looking for is a place to sleep that is close to amenities, such as West Edmonton mall, then this place will do fine. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The service in the restaurant however was rather slow and disinterested. The location was pretty good for what we were looking for and the indoor pool was well attended and clean.

Thinking of Guests
The hotel was a very modern building whose maintenance had not been maintained properly. The room was large, fixtures were working, but the building was dirty, especially the carpeting.
