little impressed
Employees very nice and kind. But cleanliness of room depressing I stayed 5 days in cd. juarez mexico and my pillows and blankets were the same for 3 days and bathroom smell on the third day to urine because poor cleanliness and I guess poor supervision.

very safe place
I was in juarez on business with the consulate and was very surprised with the quality of this hotel. juarez is a very dangerous place but this hotel had security at every outside corner)some were even armed). the hotel is also very well located, only half a block away from the medical clinic and a few more steps to the consulate(and the mall is just across the street). overall its a very nice hotel, and worth the money just for the safety factor.
Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks
take an ice chest(there are ice machines on every floor) so you don’t have to go out and eat all the time, as all the restaurants in the area charge premium prices for not so premium food.

Impressed!
I was pleasantly suprised how nice this hotel was. Considering the surroundings, I wasn’t sure what to expect! All the staff was curteous and helpful Computers and printers are available to use! Hot breakfast every morning. If you have business at the Consulate, its a 3 minute walk. They also have a shuttle to take you to and from the airport. If I return, will definetly stay here!
