Southern Hospitality
Litchfield Plantation is a lovely spot for a quiet getaway. Rooms are nicely appointed, very clean & extremely comfortable. Pool is beautiful, the grounds are charming and the staff is unobtrusive. If you go, bring your bathing suit & take advantage of the beach house the Plantation owns -- they provide the chairs, umbrellas, towels & changing rooms. Only complaint: wireless is only available in the "library" of one of the main buildings.
