No one was home :)
Granted, we arrived late on a Saturday evening and left Sunday morning by 10am, but we never saw an employee of the hotel and to check in had to wake up the employee by calling them on the phone. Our keys were waiting for us and when we were done we simply left them, no check out, no bill (prepaid), and no personal interaction. Very odd, but the room was decent, the pool looked nice and the breakfast was waffles and cereal, so overall, not bad. It is about 10 minutes off the highway.

Zion National Park vacation
The motel was very clean and it was offered at a reasonable price. There was usually no one at the front desk - there was a bell available and as soon as we rang it, someone came from the back to help us. It was just a different experience seeing no one at the front desk unless the bell was rung. Same thing for the continental breakfast. It didnt seem as though anyone was keeping a close eye on the breakfast - ie. both orange juice and apple juice was empty.

suitable for the money
Ive stayed here a couple times, primarily because its in close proximity to friends I visit in the area. Secondly, because of the microwave/fridge in the room and pool/jacuzzi. The owners are courteous and its always been quiet. The breakfast is adequate for most people, but is all wheat-based (cereal/waffles). As a gluten-intolerant customer, Im unable take advantage of it, so the in-room fridge/micro works out great for me. Location is a bit off the freeway, but worth the 5-10 minute drive to save a few dollars and its only another 15-20 minutes to Zions National Canyon. St. George is 15 minutes the opposite direction. No, its not 5-star accommodations, but for the money, it suits me fine.
