New Mattress made up for the rest.
Wallpaper was coming off bathroom walls, no alarm clock in room, conditioner but not shampoo, BUT... their new mattress was heavenly. I slept like a baby. The room was lavishly roomy for only one queen size bed.

More than adequate
We found this hotel to be more than adequate for a good nights rest. The staff was extremely courteous and went the extra mile to get us a room for easy access. The room was clean and comfortable. All appliances were in good working order. The location is close to resturants, groceries and convience stores. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good nights stay at a great value.

If you have a few extra evening minutes, we recommend that you visit the square in downtown McKinney. There is always something going on in the form of art and entertainment.

Really not impressed
Hotel is really not what I expected it to be. Due to all amenities listed on the website. Very low key. For may be people traveling long distant by road just to have a place to stay for overnight travel and continue their travel in the morning. They claim to have continental breakfast, this is totally different from what we expected. Overall room is good /clean, staff are nice and courteous. However, food service is poorly organized, below expectation completely.
