What a Mess
The room door had no manaul internal lock. In the AM I discovered a profuse amount of water dripping from the ceiling above the toilet. I called the front desk to advise them of the problem and they called back and said they didn’t have anyone available to take care of it right now!

Exceptional in Every Way
This hotel is #1 in my book. Exceptional staff, meticulous in cleanliness, best in value, and the most important... easy to find, a safe neighborhood, and close to everything you could want. This hotel has wonderful beds with crisp sheets, soft towels and blankets... even clean "white" spreads!! A wonderful place to stay. The next time I travel to the Kansas City area, I will go back to this hotel.
