Not for children
The premises are beautiful but this is no place for young children. There are even areas around the pool where children are forbidden (ie. hot tub). There’s not much they CAN do.
Don’t bring young children...there’s not much that they’re allowed to do.

Enjoyed Our Stay
This was our first time staying at the Beau Rivage and we were very satisfied. The room was extremely nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. We wish there would have been some choices of economical places to eat, especially late at night. The snack bar was good, but very busy. Parking and location of hotel were great. We would stay here again.

A Real Treat
We loved staying here. The white sand beaches and hundreds of brown pelicans nearby were amazing. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable; and the buffet is excellent.
Take time to go a couple of miles south of the hotel at sundown to see hundreds of pelicans and perhaps a thousand sea gulls roosting on the beach.

Casino and bar
The cigarette and cigar smoke in the casino would not allow us to stay in the room for very long. My wife and I are both non-smokers and allergic to the smoke. It is recommended that you designate a non-smoking area in the casino, and add strong exhaust fans in the smoking areas to evacuate the smoke. Also, we observed a pregnant waitress working in the bar who had to spend long hours in the smoke, which is known to be harmful to fetuses.

4 stars????
i was obviously not their typical customer. i paid for the spa and gym, but they dont have workout clothes, and the store that sold clothes across the hall was closed. Wine lists throughout the entire building were weak, bordering on terrible. If you are over 70, and love a junk food buffet, this is the place for you.

Great Hotel with Luxurious Amenities, But No Coffee
Fabulous, luxurious hotel, with professional, friendly customer service, but having to trek down to coffee shop to get that first cup of coffee in the morning has always been a pain in the poker table. The Beau ought to at least provide you with that first one in the room and then the guests can go to the coffee shop. Other than that, always a pleasure to stay at the Beau Rivage.

The show was great !
I was not pleased with the service in the restauant, or the mattress in the room. For the price of the hotel the service could be better.

Over rated and priced.
Traveled with our two teenagers and there is absolutely nothing for them to do, except go to the beach or pool. The hotel food was terrible and very overpriced. $93. for 6 people to eat breakfast. Gambling was good, but we traveled with my elderly parents and they didn’t enjoy all the walking. Valet parking is great, but it seems like you spend a lot of time out front waiting for your car and with no lobby restrooms this can be quite inconvenient.

Mary Mahoney’s across the street is great, but again very pricey. $185. for 6 people to eat, (with no alcoholic beverages or tip.) The waffle house across the street was great for breakfast, or the McDonalds down the street.

Beautiful Hotel Would re-visit
We were very well pleased with the hotel.It is a beautiful place to stay. we were offered an upgrade of the room , accepted and placed in a VIP suite for no extra fees since resversation were made thru Expedia. I would use BeauRavage again .

4 Star Accomodations, 1 Star Service
This hotel is impressive for what it has to offer, but it is a just a scaled down replica of what you can expect in Las Vegas. It is a stunning facility considering the devastation still very apparent just across the street as a result of Hurricane Katrina. While the facilities are exceptional, the quality of staff services is poor at best. Virtually no effort to provide customer service was evident in the restaurants, gaming floor, front lobby, or shops. Whether this is a result of the overwork and understaffing or just poor management is debateable. What staff did not appear to be overwhelmed were busy socializing among themselves. Both of the restaurants on-site that we tried were overpriced with poorly prepared meals. The only good deal seemed to be the buffet, but the wait time was at least an hour due to limited seating. Both the coffee shop and ice cream parlor only had one staff member, with the coffee shop staff member asking customers to wait until she finished her daily inventory (at 4PM). With two exceptions, the shops were just variations of any hotel gift shop. The jewelry store and DKNY stores were nice, but pricey. Glad I could see some progress in the rebuilding of Biloxi, unfortunately, it appears they need a better class of staff to make it a must-see tourist destination again.

Don’t bother with the hotel restaurants, you will be dissappointed. Several of the long-standing local establishments are reopening, so ask the concierge to make you reservations.

the bathroom needed help
the tub stopper was disconnected so it had to be pried out of the drain anytime we used the tub and the shower wasn’t cleaned thoroughly... Also, the curtains had some seriously huge dust bunnies in them

Will Return
Very pleased with hotel. Felt like we were in Vegas. I look forward to our return. Only issue with room is they need to replace the bed. It’s taco’d.

Outstanding property with an excellent level of amenities and service. Very courteous and helpful staff. Parking garage a big plus. Top notch property
If you don’t gamble, there are limited if non-existent entertainment opportunities in Biloxi. Not a good choice for families with young children. Great for couples/adults. We found the proxmimity to Gulf Shores/New Orleans a great benefit.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great from the time got there to the time we left. The buffet was soooo good, especially the crab legs. And we even won some money......
