cheap and clean with everything
for the price, just no complain. super clean. has everything even the tooth paste and brush

Unprofessional Customer Service
I paid for a deluxe room, and the air conditioning was not working properly in the evening around midnight. When I asked the front desk if I could switch to another room, the person said that the hotel was full. After letting him know how humid and hot the room was, he then asked a clerk to go check the air conditioner. After the clerk confirmed that the air conditioner was indeed not working properly, the front desk guy assigned me to another deluxe room. I was amazed at the lie that he had told me earlier that the hotel was full. I really didn’t appreciate the way he handled his customers by conveniently giving me false information first and then later within 4 minutes changing his mind and telling me that there was another room for me after some clerk confirming the state of the room. Worst yet, he didn’t even bother to explain why all of a sudden there was another room available, and he didn’t apologize for any of the inconveniences brought on to his customer.

could be more comfortable
1.the hotel do not offer slippers and small towel,it’s not conveniece for the customers. so I suggest that the hotel may think about it. 2. the lock of the room seems out-of-date, and the decoration is very old~~~~ maybe it’s why the price is low. If you do not care about these, this hoetel can be a good choice, because it’s clean and quiet,near the mtro.
