Do not stay in rooms 301 - 317
We were newlyweds when we stayed at this hotel on our honeymoon. We chose this hotel for it’s location and the price. When we arrived we were given a room that was in rooms 301-317, the whole area over there was old, smelly, and fun house creepy. However when my husband went downstairs to see about getting a new room, they were very cooperative in getting us a new room, while it was a little more ... We would most definitely recommend the "canopy room" which is in the newer side of the hotel, and much more comfortable. The location is great and close to everything.

Not impressed
The hotel looked nothing like the picture on the internet. The hotel is located between a liquor store and a bar which can get pretty loud. Our room was not cleaned very well the day we arrived, the towels in the bathroom were dirty from previous guests. When I called down to request new towels they said they would be right up after an hours wait they hadn’t arrived so I called again to find out the employee I had talked to had gone home and did not pass on the memo.
