Room was large and comfortable.
Problem with shower curtain. I complained that the shower needed two shower curtains as the rod was not properly connected and the floor flooded everytime we took a shower as one shower curtain did not cover the shower area completely. I asked for an additional shower curtain and they must have misundersood my request as they simply replaced the curtain. They need to fix this. Also, carpet looked worn and should be replaced.

Lack a sense of warmness
I stayed twice at Wyndham Hotel in South Jersey. It is a great place to stay. The condition and maintenance is impecable. The only thing they can improve is the reception desk and the restaurant staff. They are professional, detailed-oriented but lacks a sense of warmness. Some hotels has the ability to make the guests feel at home. In my opinion it is a great quality... generally who stays in hotels are away from home. On the other hand the cleaning staff saves the bad impression of the others. They were very corteous and receptive.

re-think this one before you stay.
Our hotel stay was not as pleasurable as it should have been. Front desk staff was super but housekeeping and maintenance dropped the ball. I repeatedly asked for extra towels and on the 3rd request finally got them. Our room door had a dead battery which took maintenance over 30 minutes to figure out. THEN we were finally offered a different room when they said it was not a quick fix. NO compensation was offered at any point. We ordered room service which advertised a free pizza if it wasnt delivered in 30 minutes. ONE hour later they showed up with our food. The pizza WAS NOT free. I dont recommend this hotel if you plan to do anything other than sleep in the bed.
