Never again.....
This place is very very run down ....... paint peeling, doors stuck, overall not very clean, the sheets had pills, the tub leaked , the furniture was marred, the beds were uncomfortable, no iron in the room. The photos illustrating the condition that I checked out prior to booking were obviously very old. It is close to USC for events as well as the State House, but that is it’s only redeeming quality. Given the poor condition, I feel it was not worth what I was charged for one night.

Good place to stay for the price.
No problem. Sheets were clean and good comfortable place to stay. Caulking around the tub did not look good. Paint did not look fresh.

Nothing fancy, but good location for the State Capitol, Vista & USC.
