Roaches!
There were cockroaches and their spent egg cases -- lots of them -- in my room. The air conditioner didn’t work, and the phone looked like it had been thrown against the wall or something (it worked though). The things going for this place are its low cost and proximity to Dulles. Wireless signal was also strong(surprisingly!).
