exstremally bad

the hotel wae desaster also it is not proper for animals it is discusting, the room and the bathroom is not cleaned and the room was cold also there is a pets hair in the room is really teroble

great location,hotel no so much

I booked a suite,which was a good choice if u choose a regular room u have to share a bathroom with everyone else on your floor.You have to check in next door at the hotel and then walk threw a car rental to get to your room.due to the 1 shower on each floor even in the suite u have to let the water run for 15 minutes to get hot water.only good thing about the hotel is the location,you right around the corner from south beach and walking distance from all the nightlife.

Do Not Stay at This Hotel !

Pros:Great location,5 min.walk to the beach,great restaurants and night clubs near by;across the street from luxurious Lowes.Fridge in room. Cons ,unprofessional.No pool.Seen a Dead Roach on the Wall!!.Room needs serious upgrades.Sheets/blankets and towels appear old and worn out and have unpleasant odor (so,bring at least your own towels).Plumbing is in bad condition,after you take a shower the water stays in tub for at least 10 min.Room door is insecure. Terrible Experience!!

never going back

I had the worst experience ever. The hotel has blood sucking ticks. We got there thursday at 12:00 and we left at 4:00. we have bugs bites all over we did not get any rest,we just wanted leave and never ever go back. This trip was a wast of money and our time.

Surprise!

Where was the internet connection? In the lobby only...so we borrowed a really weak connection from the hotel next door. We didn’t have fresh towels until I asked housekeeping. There is no maid service - they won’t make your bed or vacuum unless you ask - be prepared for a scolding! Air conditioning is central - no separate room controls, so bring a sweater because the rooms are freezing! Mattresses were hard as boards. Security was weird - anyone could enter the halls through the car rental agency at the front. Room No. 2 is next to the public bathroom - we heard every single visitor to it, and their business...nope, no plans to return. Ever.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

If you have to stay, bring earplugs and don’t leave your valuables in the room. Our neighbor’s passport and documents were stolen from his room. You know what? Find another hotel. This one was awful.

Bed bugs

I was completely content with this hotel until I returned home covered with red welts.

Very Plain. Clean. Quiet. Well Located.

Moved over to the Geneva needing quiet on a busy business related trip. So close to beach, clean, and easy but absolutely no frills. Rooms are plain but good size. Front desk is next door at associated hotel... security could be better.

Not impressed

The hotel was clean, you pay for what you get, but parking is not include in the price, we payed $20.00 the night to park across the stret

Good for low budget but don’t spect much

The Hotel is located in a very strategic area if you want to be near ocean drive, but the air conditionated was terrible, the room is acceptable, not very clean but good enough for a few hours of sleep and taking a shower.

Strictly for the crash and blackout crowd

Look this hotel is pretty near the bottom of the heap. The tv didn’t work well (there was no remote control), the a/c is centrally controlled so basically the whole hotel has to come to a consensus regarding the temperature (i.e., it’s likely gonna be too warm or cold for you) and the room is spartan. But if all you want is somewhere to secure your stuff and stumble into for some shuteye and a shower after partying like a rockstar and leaving club mansion in a drunken stupor .. THIS IS THE PLACE !!! It’s cheap .. it’s close to everything and hey .. I didn’t see any bugs :-)

you pay for what you get

I went by myself...I felt safe and the cleaning woman was sooo nice and helpful. She got me whatever I needed for my room. It is a very typical south beach hotel. I would recommed it for those who just need a bed, and a bath. Early checkin was available. However the "continental breakfast" was coffee and a few crossants. For those on a budget ---it was just fine.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

Do all of your shopping and eating on Lincoln Road. Ocean Drive can get a little overwhealing with all of their food "deals".
