Rooms are very small - forget the lake view.
We booked 3 rooms, one of which a suite, all very small. Make sure you have a hotel confirmation number, not just the Expedia number, or the hotel will not honor it. There was a conference going on and the hotel told us they are sold out. We had to call Expedia to get the hotel give us the rooms. The lake view was a joke - you had to press your face on the window glass to see it - far away anyways. For rest of our Trip in Shanghai, Hangzhou, the hotels were much nicer for about the same price or less. The beds are not big enough for two people to sleep. Extra bed costs about $30.

Consequently, they had dinner in the revolving restaurant which is not very good. Get your guide to get you out of the hotel into a Nanjing Duck store - you’ll not regret it and you’ll save a nice pot of money.
